How do I connect to the wireless network?

Wireless internet access is available in the library. If you are currently an LMU or LLS student, faculty, or staff, select LMU-Wireless and sign in with your MyLMU information (i.e. ilion22).

If you are a guest/alumni and wish to bring in your own laptop, please select the LMU-Guest wireless network and create an account. Visit the LMU ITS site and select Wireless Access for more instructions.

You can also check out an ethernet cable from the service desk on Level 2 and connect through any one of the functioning data ports located around the library. Data ports can typically be found in floor panels with the power outlets.

Guests from universities that participate in the eduroam network can connect to the "Eduroam" network and sign in with their university information on the LMU campus.

If you are a guest/alumni and you do not have your own laptop, computers are available for short term (15 minute) use on any floor.

If you meet one of the qualifying categories, you may present a picture ID and proof of qualification (i.e. school ID, proof of address) at the Information Desk to register for a guest login card for most of the semester. Guest login card access is turned off two weeks before the end of fall and spring semesters, due to high student demand around finals weeks.
