What is the Tech on 2 desk?
Tech on 2 is a combined service desk staffed by LMU's Information Technology Services Department and the William H. Hannon Library. It is located on Level 2 of the Library.
At Tech on 2, you can get help with the following from 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday*:
- Resolve LMU account issues
- Get wired/wireless assistance
- Residence Hall device registrations (TVs, video game systems, etc.)
- Virus/spyware scanning
- Hardware/software troubleshooting
- Data/document recovery
You can also get basic library assistance and check out the following equipment until midnight Sunday through Thursday, and until 8pm Friday and Saturday*:
- Disc drives
- VGA and HDMI cables and adapters
