LMU alumni or Loyola Law School students and staff can reserve group study rooms at the William H. Hannon Library on a drop-in basis, if rooms are available at the moment of request. It is not possible to reserve online using MyLMU information for LMU alumni or Loyola Law School students and staff.
Because the Information Desk must reserve on your behalf, you will need to stop by the Information Desk at the time you would like to reserve a room, and show an LMU Alumni OneCard or Loyola Law School OneCard or LLS ID. Information Desk staff can make a reservation for you starting at the immediate time and check into the reservation for you at the same time.
All other visiting patrons may not reserve the group study rooms at all, and may only use the group study rooms when not in use by LMU patrons.
