Step #1: Are you a current LMU student, faculty, or staff member?
Group study rooms can only be reserved online by currently enrolled LMU students, faculty, and staff. Even some groups with MyLMU information may not be able to access the group study room system, since it is limited to these groups. LMU alumni and Loyola Law School students must come with ID to the Information desk to request a group study room for the immediate time. All other groups cannot reserve group study rooms.
Step #2: Clear browser cache and/or try a new browser.
If you enter your MyLMU information but the screen does not progress or turns into a blank screen, it may be a cache issue.
Try another browser, or clear your history/cache. Instructions for common browsers are below.
Step #3: Check with library staff for more help.
