What kind of computers are available in the Information Commons? What ports do the computers have?

The Information Commons has 53 iMacs with macOS, 22 PCs with Windows OS, and 9 dual monitors. Students, faculty, and staff can use their MyLMU username and password to log-in to these computers. Qualified visitors can request a computer guest log-in at the Information Desk. Students may also borrow laptops from the Circulation Desk.

These computers have USB, USB-C, and a head phone jack ports. They do not have an internal disc drive. External disc drives are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk. See the "Disc Drive" section of the equipment checkout page for information.

Students can check the other campus labs for specific software and hours. Some software is only available on either the Mac or Windows side, or on specific computers, as noted in the software list.
