How do I check into my group study room reservation?
To check in, locate your email confirmation for this reservation. You will need the code listed in the confirmation or reminder. Instructions and a video are below.

Check your email for an email from LibCal. It should have a subject line like “Your library reservation has been confirmed”. If you reserved a room more than two hours in advance, you will also see a reminder email two hours before your reservation with the subject line “Library room reservation reminder”.
In these emails, you will receive a short check in code that you will enter to check in. You must enter this code within fifteen minutes (before or after) your start time, or the reservation will be deleted as if you had not arrived. You can click the link in your email to check in, or scan the QR code outside the group study room door with your phone to take you to the same link.
