Can LMU alumni reserve group study rooms?
Reserve on a drop-in basis at time desired
LMU and LLS alumni can reserve group study rooms at the William H. Hannon Library on a drop-in basis, if rooms are available at the moment of request. Alumni cannot reserve online using their MyLMU information.
How to reserve a group study room
Because the Information Desk must reserve on your behalf, you will need to stop by the Information Desk at the time you would like to reserve a room, and show an LMU Alumni OneCard, which LMU and LLS alumni can request at the OneCard office. Information Desk staff can make a reservation for you starting at the immediate time and they will check into the reservation for you at the same time.
What about other patrons of the library?
LMU and LLS students, faculty and staff can reserve on their own by signing in with their credentials and following these instructions. All other visiting patrons may not reserve the group study rooms at all, and may only use the group study rooms when not in use by LMU patrons.
