When I try to sign in to reserve a group study room, my login doesn't work?
Step #1: Are you a current LMU or LLS student, faculty, or staff member?
Group study rooms can only be reserved online by currently enrolled LMU students, faculty, and staff. LLS students, faculty, and staff and LMU alumni can only make same day reservation at the Information Desk with their OneCard. All other groups cannot reserve group study rooms.
Step #2: Use a private computer or on a public computer, make sure you're not logged in under someone else's name.
Starting from the Library Group Study Rooms page, click on the Book a Group Study Room button.
Choose a time to reserve and click Submit Times. You may see a window here asking you to share your authentication information with SpringShare - check here to make sure your name and email are listed.
You will see a screen to review the date/time and room policies, click Continue.
On the final screen, you will see your name, email, and an option to choose the user group you fit into. If your name is not listed on this page, do not continue to book. If you did not see your name listed, go to the top right of the reservation page to log that person out, or open the Library Group Study Rooms page in an incognito window in the browser to avoid saved logins.
Step #3: Check with library staff for more help.
If you are still experiencing difficulty signing in, please contact the Information Desk at 310.338.2790 to report the issue for further troubleshooting or stop by the Information or Circulation Desk for help.
