How do I renew a book in ILLiad?
If you requested an interlibrary loan book through ILLiad, you won't see it in your library account. You will need to sign back into ILLiad to request a renewal.
- Sign into ILLiad with your ILLiad username and password (usually not the same as your MyLMU credentials).
- Once you're signed in, go to Checked Out Items in the menu.
- Click on the transaction number for the item you have checked out and want to renew.
- You will see a detailed page with information about the book, and at the top left a link to "Renew Request". Click on that option.
The lending library will need to approve your request for a renewal - if your request doesn't work, please email libdocs@lmu.edu for more help.
