Faculty and Staff OneCard Error "Account Not Assigned"

 

"Account Not Assigned" - One Card Error

 

Faculty and staff need a Flexi account on their OneCards in order to use the photocopier or library printers.

 

Due to OneCard changes during Summer 2024, faculty and staff lost their Flexi accounts if they didn't already have money on that account. If someone without Flexi would like to add the account, they will need to call the OneCard office (310-338-2735) during their open hours (no need to go to the office physically). They will need to ask OneCard staff to add the Flexi account. The Faculty/Staff members would then need to add money to Flexi through their Lion Wallet once the account has been added or visit any Cash to Flexi machine to convert cash to Flexi-Dollars on their card.

 

Faculty/staff will need to have money on their flexi account even when trying to use the photocopier for faxing and scanning, which patrons are not charged for.
