Is the library hiring?

Student Employment

All library student positions are posted on the "Find Student Jobs" section of Workday. The optimal time to check for job postings is a few weeks before the start of a new semester or at the beginning of a semester. If there are no jobs listed for a library department you would like to work for, then that department is not currently hiring.   

To find student jobs from the Workday homepage:

1. Go to " View All Apps"
2. Click on the "Career" app 
3. Click on "Find Student Jobs" 
4. Scroll through the listings or use the search box to look for library positions.

Student Employee Services (SES) also has many useful guides to assist students with finding campus employment.

Please note: Most library student employee positions require work study. Please check individual library job listings for work study requirements.

Staff Positions

For staff positions, please check the official LMU HR site for open job postings.
