How can I recall a book that is checked out?

Call the Circulation Desk at 310-338-5709 to request to recall a book that is currently checked out.

• The original borrower may keep the book for a minimum 3 week checkout. A recall will prevent renewals.
• You will receive an email when the book has been returned and is available for pickup at Circulation.

LINK+ is suspended until 2024. Because a recall can take some time, consider requesting a copy through Link+ if there is one available. For more help with requesting through Link+, click here. Link+ books take about 3-5 business days to arrive at the library.
